- Provide public and private entities responsible for serving passengers, as well as passengers themselves; spaces, resources and services that allow efficient and safe flow.
- Reduce and compensate for significant environmental impacts of their services and activities.
- Manage the risks associated with the health and occupational safety of their activities.
- Evaluate the performance of the quality, environment, energy, health and occupational safety of the terminal in procurement of continuous improvement, environmental protection and pollution prevention.
- Ensure the availability of information and resources necessary to achieve objectives and goals.
- Comply with the applicable legal requirements and other requirements signed by the organization in quality of quality, environment, energy efficiency, energy use, energy consumption, health and occupational safety.
- Support the acquisition of energy efficiency products and services and design activities that impact the improvement of energy performance.
- Influence the personnel of the entities that provide services in the terminal so that they provide attention according to the needs and expectations of passengers, control the environmental aspects and occupational health risks related to their activities.
